I grew up the second oldest in a family of four children. My father was a U.S. Naval Commander and my Mother was a stay at home mom who later became a High School Teacher. That old saying, "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree" certainly applies. Today I am carrying on the traditional values that my parents instilled in me and life is good.
As a recent 'empty nester" I'm enjoying our hillside home in Petaluma along with my loving husband of 22 years and have never been more excited or enthusiastic to counsel and offer my professional opinions to people in their Real Estate transactions.
After attending Rio Hondo J.C. and UCLA, I gravitated towards Sales and Marketing and opened a successful retail business in Newport Beach, California. However, if you were to ask me, I would tell you that my most meaningful personal success was 'motherhood' which compelled me to sell my business after 4 years and focus full time on raising our daughter. Being there for my family was a true blessing which soon led to an exciting equestrian Hunter/Jumper lifestyle which spanned 11 years. Our daughter is now a Junior in College at St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.
Hobbies
When I have time I like to paint with pastels or watercolor, singing, work in my garden, entertain with friends, enjoy Sonoma County's culture and countryside, and read author's such as Robert Kiosaki. |
