My name is Tricia Perkey, a licensed consultant with Frank Howard Allen Realtors and a member of the
Wine Country Home Finder Team.  As a Careful and Creative Professional my job is specifically designed to spend quality time with clients in the initial phases of buying and selling by posing necessary questions and getting intentional answers that lead to understanding the true intent of our clients.  Discovering true intent leads to a clear vision. In addition I am accustomed to assiting buyers in getting pre-approved financing.  I pride myself in consulting our clients all the way through the process...not selling. 

For Buyers: I work tirelessly to help you identify your needs and to show you all the properties you have time to see, create tours in your targeted area of choice, create comparable charts, and arrange for you to be pre-qualified (if you have not already done so) so you are confident when the time comes for you to make your offer.  Once we have identified your home of choice, you will be consulted by another member of our team to create your Purchase Agreement.  This qualified expert, along with myself, will walk you through the process to a positive conclusion and place your transaction into escrow where we will begin to monitor and continually stay engaged until the final day we hand you the keys to your new home.

For Sellers: A Listing Expert in our company and myself will design a realistic plan with the goal to sell your home in the time frame you need and for top dollar.  One of my many duties for a Seller is to collaborate with my team members on current listings and recent sales to arrive at a meaningful price range for your home.  Should you need more convincing (and we expect you will), it is my duty and pleasure to direct you towards other homes on the market in competition with your own and then give you an opportunity to preview these homes personally. Once we're all in agreement in terms of the best asking price for your home, we'll then put into action our Six Week Marketing Plan that will leave no stone unturned to locate all the best qualified buyers in the marketplace.

Our specialized Real Estate Consulting Services 
offers you TWICE the Expertise.  We will:

  • Prepare you for what to expect in either the Buying or Selling experience and discuss with you how to avoid major pitfalls. 
  • After spending time with your Field Agent and identifying the perfect property for you, you will then begin the process with your thoughtful, detail orientated and ethical Realtor® who will professionally draw up your listing agreement specifications and/or purchase agreement specifications.
  • After your contracts are signed and delivered, both agents will remain in constant contact with you to assure that you are perfectly satisfied and keep you informed of where we stand in the process. 

In summary, you will have two or more dedicated licensed Realtors working 24/7 to manage the biggest investment you will make in your lifetime.

We are willing to earn less in fees in order to provide you with better service!  

Once the Team has been formed, normal fees are split accordingly between each agent.  We cooperate together to make sure your transaction gets done smoothly and it cost you no more than if you used one agent in the normal real estate arena. 

How do our services differ and what advantage do they bring to you?

  • You will have two agents working for you!   You may already have a trusted relationship with a real estate agent who you believe can offer you all the assistance you need, and in that case, you should commission them to work for you.  On the other hand, if you have had a negative experience in the past or are totally new to the home buying process or Sonoma County, you gain everything by sitting down with one of our Field Agents and allowing us to get acquainted with your goals.  Having two or more licensed agents in your corner can often be the difference between a smooth transaction or a very stressful and unpleasant experience.  
  • You can start the conversation early with us without the fear of any pressure!  You need never be concerned with being pressured into making a decision to sign a listing contract or purchase agreement.  Our recommendation would be to start the process within 3-6 months of your planned move.  Working with us will give you the needed check-lists, sound boards, confidence and friendly "neutral" advice  that sometimes is overlooked by the traditional real estate agent.  By the time you are ready to list your home or make an offer on a home you will know that we are working on your behalf...100%!
